Wellpath MIND : Popular On Amazon, But Does It Really Deliver? Wellpath MIND Reviews

A natural nootropic that came to my attention late last year is Wellpath MIND. It has some great feedback on Amazon and it certainly looks the part, with well designed packaging etc.

But getting down to to the nuts and bolts of the matter, does Wellpath MIND really deliver some good nootropic results?

This review looks at MIND and uncovers the key facts about this natural nootropic

What Is Wellpath MIND

MIND is an all natural nootropic supplement that was developed to help users improve their focus, clarity and focus.

It uses an all natural ingredient profile, that while it doesn’t actually offer much by way of anything new, here is an element of quality about this brand, which does seem to be backed up by the user reports on Amazon.

The Formula IN MIND

The first thing I always check out is the formula, and MIND does not disappoint (that much)

The formula is fully disclosed, when I say that I mean that the makers fully disclose the names of each ingredient and the amounts contained in each dose.

  • Niacin 20mg
  • Lions Mane Mushroom 200mg
  • Vitamin B12 500mcg
  • Bacopa Monnieri 200mg
  • Alpha GPC 50mg
  • Phosphatidylserine (PS) 100mg
  • Caffeine 50mg
  • L-Theanine 150mg
  • DL-DMAE 50mg
  • Bioperine® 5mg
  • Huperzine A 10mcg

It is vegan friendly with no animal products contained in the ingredients or the capsules themselves.

How To Take Wellpath MIND

The suggested daily serving is 1-2 capsules in the morning with breakfast – you can increase to 4 per day if the desired effects aren’t enough…

My Experiences With MIND

During my first week, I didn’t notice too much difference at first.

After about 6-7 days i could recognise a slight improvement in mental energy levels, my attention levels were improved and I felt quite motivated.

I put this largely down to the Mix of Vitamin B12 and L-Theanine in the formula..

The caffeine in the mix isn’t something that I would normally enjoy, as I personally feel that all it provides is a temporary boost to your wakefulness, which helps you feel more alert for a few hours.

I am also aware that it can leave you feeling even more fatigued due to its annoying habit of causing a rather unpleasant energy ‘crash’ as its effects wear off.

Fortunately with this one, I didn’t experience this problem. I think that this was because the actual doses are relatively low when compare to some other nootropic products.

From day 10 onwards I decided to try increasing the dose to the max of 4 capsules per day, and this definitely made a huge difference to me.

I felt a lot more energised, alert and my focus was longer lasting.

Independent user reviews tend to echo my own experiences with short term improvements in mental energy, focus and overall performance being reported by most users.

Are There Any Reported Side Effects With MIND?

I certainly didn’t experience any issues, and so far, I have yet to see any really adverse reports from other users.

There was a couple of reports on amazon of users feeling somewhat jittery or shaky after taking MIND – I guess this is probably down to the caffeine content in the formula.

Where To Buy Wellpath MIND

Available from Amazon, it is quite inexpensive to buy, with a months supply ( at 2 capsules per day) selling for around $15.95 plus shipping costs.

Any Cash Back Guarantee?

There are no guarantees offered by the makers – mind you at this low price, its more of a throwaway product anyway.

Final Thoughts On Wellpath MIND

MIND does contain some really good nootropic ingredients. Lions Mane, Bacopa Monnieri and PS are all terrific and proven brain boosting ingredients when taken in the right amounts.

The same can be said for Alpha GPC, although I personally prefer Cognizin® Citicoline, which provides similar effects and results, but also has the backing of human based studies, where as Alpha GPC relies on animal studies only (read more here).

I am not a great fan of supplements that use caffeine in their formula. There are a lot of people that cannot tolerate stimulants, and it actually has no direct brain boosting effects.

What it can do is provide a short term energy rush which can give users the misguided impression that its working, however it is also known to cause a well publicised energy ‘crash’ that leaves users feeling fatigued as the effects wear off.

My final concern is the inclusion of Huperzine A in the mix.

It can have some solid nootropic effects, thats for sure, but the facts are that many top level supplement manufacturers have removed it from their formulas over the past year, because of problems with its half life.

In simple terms it has been found to remain in the body for extended periods of time and its levels can actually build up in the brain, potentially causing a situation which could result in an overdose situation.

It is recommended that you cycle any product containing Huperzine A, rather like bodybuilders cycle anabolic steroids.

I suggest taking for no longer than 4 weeks and then take 7-10 days off before re-starting and repeating.

To Sum Up

There is no doubt that Wellpath MIND is a decent product, it is however a little on the weak side formulation wise, I feel that it could have done with a bit more of each key ingredient in the mix to make it more effective – possibly in place of the caffeine.

If you are trying your first nootropic, or just want something more on the mild side, then its potentially worth a try – Just be mindful to take rest periods every 4 weeks to avoid any problems with the Huperzine A.

There are without any doubt in my mind, better nootropic products out there, including those that do not use stimulants or have to be cycled which means that you can take them for as long as required without worrying about taking too much of certain ingredients.

From my intensive research and personal experiences, I have complied a list of the nootropic supplements that I have found to be the most effective.

The products listed all use fully disclosed, safe natural formulas with no reports of any side effects.

Furthermore, they all provide decent cash back guarantees that assure buyers of a refund should, after taking as directed, they fail to enjoy any of the claimed benefits.

There are products on my list that will suit all users regardless of their age, or requirements.
