Lumonol Vs Adderin

What Is Better – Lumonol Or Adderin

In this review  I am comparing two of the most searched for nootropic supplements.. Lumonol made by Avanse Nutraceuticals and Adderin which is made and sold by Precision labs LLC..lumonol-bottle

Both are marketed with similar claims, promising to deliver noticeable improvements in :

  • Focus
  • Mental clarity
  • Cognitive Function

The Formulas

There is some mystery surrounding the formula in Adderin.. the official website does not list any real information about the various ingredients or the amounts thereof, simply stating that it is a Phosphatidylserine complex..addren

Lumonol are more forthecoming.. its formula comprises 3 undisclosed proprietary blends that contain unknown amounts of:

  • Picamilon
  • Hordenine
  • Guarana
  • Vitamin B12
  • Noopept
  • Gingko Biloba
  • Panama Ginseng
  • CDP Choline
  • Acetyl-L-Carnitine
  • L-Tyrosine
  • Phosphatidyserine

Taking Lumonol and Adderin

Lumonol should be taken as follows:

2 capsules daily…. you can either take 1 capsule at breakfast and another at lunch or simply 2 with breakfast… the makers suggest to do whatever suits you best.. Just One Thing.. do not take too late in the day as it could cause problems sleeping due to its stimulant content

Adderin should taken as follows:

There is no particular instructions on the official website, but as there are 30 capsules in each bottle, I can only assume that the dose is 1 capsule per day.

Users Feedback

Adderin claims to have over 550,000 satisfied users but there are (rather unusually) no testimonials on the official website whatsoever… on Amazon however there is a long list of unhappy users who cite poor or non existent results

Lumonol fares slightly better, with a number of positive reviews on the official website… looking elsewhere however the jury is decidedly out with some very mixed reports ranging from ‘superb’ to ‘didn’t work’

Any Side Effects

Both supplements have received reports of headaches, Lumonol is also responsible for a number of users to feel restless, and have problems sleeping

Where to Buy Lumonol and Adderin

Adderin used to be available from Amazon, but is now apparently only available from the official website.. a months supply costs $49.85 with discounts for larger orders

Lumonol is also only available from the official website… a months supply costs $79.98 plus shipping….there are larger packages available some that include free shipping (US only)

Any Cash Back Guarantees?

Lumonol is sold with a 90 day cash back guarantee, but in truth this only applies to the first 15 days supply ( 30 capsules).. use any more of the bottle and you will not get your money back.

Adderin do not provide any cash back guarantees

My Conclusion

Nothing about either of these two products particularly excites me… neither manufacturer is really open about what is really in their products ( they tell us the ingredients, but for some explicable reason have decided to keep the actual amounts of each ingredient to themselves).

Because of this there is no way of knowing if there is actually enough of the key components for either of them to have any real nootropic effect…

If I was to choose one over the other, the one that would get my vote is Lumonol, largely because you do get some sort of guarantee with it (although restrictive) and it does clearly contain (on paper) more effective nootropic ingredients…

The fact is that I would rather suggest another product that offers so much more – the product is Mind Lab Pro, it delivers a scientifically developed , fully disclosed formula, the makers offer a full cash back guarantee and users feedback is 100% positive….

From my own perspective, out of all the nootropics I have tried, it delivered the most effective improvements in memory, focus and concentration, whats more the benefits lasted for weeks after I finished the bottle ( so much so that I ordered more for my personal use)
